Work with Sonia

If you’re used to being the one others rely on, asking for support can feel unfamiliar. Even uncomfortable.

This work is for women who are carrying a lot: emotionally, mentally, and physically. You may be navigating work, family responsibilities, aging parents, health concerns, or a season of life that asks more of you than it used to.

You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to know what you want to “work on.”
And you don’t need to push yourself to change.

This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.

At the heart of my work is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also called tapping. EFT is a gentle mind-body technique that helps regulate the nervous system and release emotional stress held in the body.

Rather than talking your way through everything, EFT allows us to work with what your body is already communicating. This often creates relief and clarity with less effort than traditional talk-based approaches.

I integrate EFT with somatic coaching to support confidence, clarity, and emotional steadiness in everyday life. Sessions are responsive, grounded, and shaped by what’s present for you, not a rigid plan.

It's time to shine. You're ready!
It’s time to shine. You’re ready!

There’s nothing you need to force.
Your body responds when it feels supported.

60-Minute Private Session
Each session is tailored to what feels most present for you that day.

  • Conducted via Zoom or phone
  • Guided, personalized tapping focused on your specific challenges
  • Space to process emotions safely and at your pace
  • Suggestions for self-tapping between sessions
  • Option to record your session for personal use

Sessions are collaborative and conversational. You do not need to prepare anything in advance. We begin with what feels most immediate and go from there.

While every person’s experience is different, many women notice:

  • less emotional overwhelm and reactivity
  • more confidence in decisions and boundaries
  • reduced self-doubt and second-guessing
  • a greater sense of calm and resilience
  • feeling more like themselves again

This work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about supporting you.

What clients are saying

This work may be a good fit if you:

  • are carrying a lot of responsibility for others
  • feel emotionally overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck
  • notice stress or emotional strain living in your body
  • are navigating a significant life transition or health journey, including cancer
  • want support that feels gentle, grounded, and respectful
  • don’t want to push through or do this alone
  • are open to mind-body approaches like EFT

This work may not be the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, rigid frameworks, or high-pressure performance coaching.

If you’re unsure, that’s okay. That’s exactly what a conversation is for.

Before working together, we start with a conversation.

This is a chance for us to talk about what you’re navigating, explore what support might look like, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

It’s also a space for me to thoughtfully assess whether I’m the best person to support you. And to be honest with you if I’m not.

There’s no set agenda and no pressure. Just a conversation, focused on clarity and care.
